For the homeowner who knows what they want their space to feel like, but can't quite see it yet. A complete visual design with every product sourced and shoppable, every paint color named, every dimension considered. The visual rendering is AI-generated. The design itself is mine.

A 30-minute discovery call to understand your space and style
One custom-rendered visual of your room

Why The Design Vision works differently
than online platforms
Platforms like Havenly and Spacejoy offer fast, affordable design plans starting around $159–$499. The Design Vision is priced in the same range — but the experience is built differently from the ground up.
At a platform, you're matched algorithmically to whichever designer is available that week. Your room is capped at 400 square feet. Your shopping list comes from the platform's retail catalog. Revisions are templated and time-limited. The platform earns most of its revenue on the back end through retail commissions.
The Design Vision is one designer — me — working with your room, your style, your budget, your needs. No room caps. No retail catalog. Just a real designer's eye delivered as a complete shoppable plan.
If you want a plan, both options work. If you want a designer, that's where we differ.

For new builds, major renovations, and complete home transformations. This is the deepest level of collaboration I offer. Every room, every transition, every fixture considered as part of one cohesive direction — designed at the start, executed across months.

Whole-home design concept and brand-of-home direction
Scaled plans, mood boards, and renderings for every space
Builder and trade collaboration for renovations and new builds
