This agreement is between VanDeLoo Designs LLC ("VanDeLoo Designs," "I" or "me") and you, the client. It covers one Design Vision for one room. By booking and paying for a Design Vision, you agree to these terms.

1. What's included

• A 30-minute consultation, in your home (Charlotte area) or by video.
• The "Your Room, Your Story" design exercise.
• Your Design Vision: concept and palette, rendering (one view; two for a Signature Room), a product schedule with links, sizes and quantities, paint colors, and step-by-step instructions.
• One round of revisions, requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Timing

Your Design Vision is delivered within 5–7 business days after I receive your completed exercise, photos and measurements. If you need longer to send them, the timeline starts when they arrive.

3. Fee and payment

The fee is due in full at booking, by Stripe (bank transfer preferred; cards carry a 3% processing fee) or Zelle. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from issue.

4. Changes and cancellations

You may reschedule your consultation with 24 hours' notice. If you cancel before the consultation, I'll refund your fee, less any processing fees. Once the consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, because the design work has begun.

5. Extras

Anything beyond this scope is quoted before I start: a second revision round ($150), an extra rendering view ($95), rush delivery ($150) or virtual support while you bring the plan to life ($150 an hour, with an estimate first). A new direction, or a different room, is a new Design Vision.

6. You bring it to life

The Design Vision is a plan for you to carry out. You choose whether and when to buy, and you handle ordering, delivery, assembly and installation, and hire any painters or trades. I'm not responsible for the work of contractors or vendors, or for product quality, shipping or returns. If you'd like me to order trade-priced pieces for you, we'll agree on that separately in writing.

7. Renderings, prices and products

Renderings show the look and feel of your room and are representative; the product schedule is the specification. Prices and availability are what I found at the time of delivery and may change. Please confirm sizes, colors and measurements before you order, and test paint colors in your own light.

8. The design

The Design Vision is for your personal use in your home. I keep ownership of the design and documents, and you may not resell or republish them. You may share them with the people helping you carry out the plan.

9. Sharing the work

I may share your renderings, plan pages, and before and after photos of the room on my website and social media and in my portfolio. I'll never share your name, address or any photo showing people, family photos or personal details without your permission. If you'd rather I didn't share your project, just tell me by email and I won't.

10. Limits

My total responsibility under this agreement is limited to the fee you paid. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina. It's our whole agreement, and changes need to be in writing, which email can be.
